I don't know what this guy is or why I made him but I was finally able to get my tablet PC working correctly after a year of reading every web post and loading every driver I could find. It turns out all I needed to do was right click on the photoshop icon and go to the properties menu and set the drivers to windows xp 2000. I guess the Windows Vista driver does funky things on these tablet PC. E-mail me if you need a better explanation.
